Penny Miller, Conceal Carry & Gun Permits

Role and Responsibilities:

With 21 years of service in law enforcement, Penny Miller has worked in several different departments within our agency. Currently, Penny is our Gun Permits Clerk and is responsible for:

Concealed Carry Permitting

Pistol Purchase Permitting

•  Fingerprinting

 

Education:

Telecommunicator School – Wilkes Community College
Emergency Medical Dispatch – International Academies of Emergency Dispatch
Emergency Fire Dispatch – International Academies of Emergency Dispatch
Emergency Police Dispatch – International Academies of Emergency Dispatch
Currently holds all Six Modules of DCI certification through the NCSBI
