2027 ACSO Calendar Submission Form

This page is for submissions and requests to be added to the Ashe County Sheriff’s Office 2027 Calendar.  No money is needed now; it’s just a commitment and artwork if you have it handy.  THANKS!

Submitting artwork is not required for this application, but we need it fairly quickly.

At the end of the application, you may drop the artwork there and upload it.  If you have any issues at all, please contact Tasha Francis at tfrancis@asheso.com or call 336-846-5995. She will be glad to visit and get the artwork in person.

All add sizes are first-come, first-served.

HOW TO PAY

Badges of Ashe, a nonprofit serving all Ashe County law enforcement, is accepting all ad donations.

All checks should be made payable to Badges of Ashe and mailed to: PO Box 112, Jefferson, NC 28640.  Memo: Ashe Sheriff Calendar

Ad Tiers
1) No money is required at this time of this application but it is due by December 1st of the year.
2) Sizes are relative to the amount of ads that is purchased for that year. Large begins at 3 x 5.25 inches. If there are a lot of ads, the finished sizes will be smaller. But they will always remain relative to the purchased Ad Tier.
Gold Status - A additional minimum of $100 donated for the ad.
Logo Information:
Drag & Drop Files, Choose Files to Upload You can upload up to 2 files.
1) We request that your artwork be 3 in. (height) x 5.25 in (width) and 300 ppi. If you cannot meet this standard, we are not worried about it, send us what you have!
2) You may upload your custom artwork ad on this form; at a later time on the ACSO Calendar Information page; email the attachment to pio@asheso.com.
3) If submitting a business card, you may scan and upload your card the same as #2. Or we can visit and pick up a card for us to scan at a higher resolution.
4) We don't mind at all to help create your ad for you. You can even give us a business card and request that we clean it up. If you have an old ad that you wish for us to edit/alter, we can do that as well. Again, if you need help, please let us know!
